    2. We provide a nurturing and safe environment and our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries incurred during the retreat. We advise you to consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions and inform the retreat leader so that modifications can be given to students with special needs.

    3. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all retreat participants and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of AUD$200,000 for each of the heads of cover. We also strongly recommend your travel insurance covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects

    4. The booking is made in good faith and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the management of the retreat locations are outside our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur. The description of the premises is given in good faith; no responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted.

    5. Unless otherwise advised you consent to us using images of you taken during the Retreat for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

    Leading from a central walkway lined with the region’s signature grapevines, fifteen private villa-style suites welcome guests with gates opening onto rosemary-lined courtyards complete with outdoor seating. Inside, guests make themselves at home in generous, high-ceilinged lounging spaces, luxuriously appointed king beds and ensuite bathrooms. An intimate workspace and in-suite bar lead to French doors which open to fields and vineyards, and the waiting Barossa Valley.

    Appellation restaurant is recognised as South Australia’s world-class regional dining destination. Window seats and private dining nooks nestle guests as they indulge in a culinary journey of Barossa a la mode. A considered degustation menu reflects the region’s community of winemakers, farmers and growers with fresh produce. The Appellation team presents each dish with its paired wine, creating an overarching, very Barossan culinary story.

    Breakfast is served in Appellation restaurant and includes fresh juices, a signature selection of South Australia’s own T-Bar loose leaf teas and Barossa Coffee Roasters espresso. Start with a Mehl Sourdough crumpet with local honey or choices from an a la carte menu including free-range eggs, locally produced smallgoods and greens freshly picked from the kitchen garden.

    One of the best-loved experiences at The Louise, ‘Breakfast with the Roos’ is an early morning adventure to the Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park for a meet and greet. With espresso coffees pre-ordered and served steaming first up, this morning adventure starts with a 20-minute drive to the nearby Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park, famous for its panoramic valley views and home to nature walking trails. Guests join a conservation guide to embark on the Stringy Bark Loop trail for a wonderful insight to the region’s diverse flora and fauna – including kangaroos seen in their natural habitat. A gourmet picnic breakfast is served for an up-close-and-personal encounter with the locals.

    Wonderground Barossa is a brave, new, immersive contemporary art gallery and cellar door celebrating awe and wonder through art and wine. A little off the beaten path, Wonderground invites visitors to discover a different side of the Barossa Valley. With 5 rooms of art, including local and interstate artist, Wonderground compels you to stay and take in the views, the vineyard and gardens, relax on the verandah or settle by the fire and in the the cellar door with a glass of wine.

    Emily's laid back and inclusive approach resonates with first time students and advanced yogis alike. Emily has been recognised as an industry expert and can be found on Gaia.com alongside other wellness exerts such as Deepak Chopra and Jamie Oliver.

    Emily is a Yoga teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach who loves sharing the ultimate toolbox for becoming your best authentic self. Emily is an eternal student of yoga globally and is formally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, she has beautifully combined these styles to create her own much loved yoga experience. This 'fusion' style is the perfect blend of light and shade, one flow will have you generating heat and building lean muscle and the next you will be blissing out in a slow, opening restorative sequence. Emily is also a Thai Masseuse whose hands on adjustments in class help you to slip into the perfect pose and a state of deep relaxation. 


    Emily is drawn to yoga and meditation as a way to become fully present and 'show up' as the best version of herself in all areas of life. “We are all expected to wear so many different 'hats' every day, as a mother of two beautiful children, a wife, entrepreneur and teacher, to name a few, it can be really confusing and challenging to stay grounded, positive and on my path. If we are not living in the moment then we're not showing up, Yoga and meditation are my secret weapon and it is my pleasure to share this gift with you.”
